What are your shipping cost & times?
Shipping on Araweloshop is 100% free except for Canadian orders, but shipping times can vary based off the origin of the product. If a product is marked "Made in the USA," expect to receive it within 1-5 business days. If a product is marked "Import," expect shipping to take slightly longer, around 5-10 business days. These times can vary, but we're always working to ensure shipping times are shortened as much as possible.
Why isn't Canadian shipping free?
Due to issues involving CanadaPost, we cannot offer tracking without paying a high premium. Tracking packages is a must to ensure our customers are receiving their packages in a timely manner. We highly suggest contacting CanadaPost in regards to this issue in hopes they may one day reverse it and start tracking all international packages.
Can I pay for faster shipping?
We offer faster shipping to US customers only. You can take advantage of these faster shipping times by checking out products marked "(Express)" Note: Only products marked "(Express)" will be shipped via express shipping.

Will I be able to track my order?
Not always. To keep shipping prices low, we sometimes have to use shipping partners who don't offer tracking numbers. If you don't get updated with a tracking number, it's because your package doesn't have one. If tracking is important to you and you're a US resident, we suggest using our express shipping options.
My order isn't here yet, what's up?
Shipping times vary based on a number of things including logistics, weather, customs, and your national postal service. Contact us if your order hasn't arrived within 30 days. If it's been less than 30 days, your package is still in transit and you have nothing to worry about.
Why did I get a different size from what I ordered?
The short answer is you didn't. Some clothing from our suppliers are marked for Asian size as many come from Asia. We translate from Asian size to US size as most of our customers are from the USA, UK, and Canada. So while the tag might say "large" despite you ordering a small, they are one in the same. If in doubt, simply check the measurements on the product page.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cirrus, American Express, Paypal, and Amazon. Yeah, basically everything!
Is my information safe?
Of course it is! Sit down and relax, all your payment information is encrypted and processed through Shopify, Paypal, or Amazon depending on your payment method. The only information we store is your name, email, and address for obvious reasons.
Can I cancel my order?
No, why would we let you do that?!
I really can't cancel my order?
Of course you can cancel your order, but we ask that you do so promptly as our fulfillment center is very punctual. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll see what can be done.
- When can I expect my package to arrive?
We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. It may take anywhere from 10 - 40 days on average which includes 1-3 days processing time. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Please note during the holiday season that these time frames may be impacted but you may contact the shipping carriers directly at the number provided in the shipping notification emails you will receive. Below are the most typical time frames for your region.
USA: Between 10 - 20 days average
Canada: Between 10 - 25 days average
Australia: Between 20 - 35 days average
Europe: Between 20 - 35 days average
All Others: Between 25 - 40 days average
- Will you work with bloggers, social media famous, models, etc?

- Where do you ship from?
Our business is based in the United States but the majority of our inventory are sold from Manufacturers and Warehouses overseas, with a select few items from other distributors in different countries. That being said, sometimes your order may come in different packages at different times.
